Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
- Personal care items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about your refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at handmadefromgranny@gmail.com and we will respond with an address to ship to.
Returns Shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Customers must cover the cost of return shipping using any courier service within South Africa.
We do not reimburse return shipping costs.
